Neighborhood Overview

Amazing neighborhood! I walk around all the time. A grocery store is 2 blocks away. Some great restaurants are on Magazine Stwhich is 4 blocks away. Great local music venues like Tipitina’s and Le Bon Temp Roule are 3 to 4 blocks away. Hansen’s Sno-Blitzis at the corner and has been serving snowballs for 78 years. There is almost always a line. Love it!

Getting Around

Walking is very easy to bop around the neighborhood and hit the local restaurants, bars, and shops. The St Charles streetcar is a 12 min walk. There is a bus on the corner that will take you right downtown to the CBD, Convention Center and French Quarter. Uber and United Cab are great and it’s a 9-15 min ride downtown. Easy access to anywhere by way of Tchoupitoulas St.
